The Thankfulness feature of the app prompts you to note things you are thankful for, leveraging research that indicates gratitude has a positive impact on brain chemistry and mood.

The app's emphasis on Daily Goals is rooted in studies showing that achieving small wins can build confidence and motivation, propelling you towards achieving greater things.

The Written Affirmations section encourages positivity by allowing users to write their affirmations, reinforcing a positive mindset.
